Use Naochika’s Music

Easy copyright licensing – Save money with my works

Normaly, when you use any music track for your project or event, you must pay a license fee to a collecting society (PRO, e.g., ASCAP, GEMA, JASRAC…). But not for my works!

I’m not a member of any PROs and manage the copyright of my works myself.
So you don’t need to pay any expensive and complicated fee to PRO.
The license prices of my works are much less than the fees of the PROs.
In this way, you can save your money and I ensure my income at the same time.

Two simple licenses

I have only two variation of licenses – commercial or non-commercial:

Non-Commercial License

Commercial License

Non-Commercial License:

A license for one track for one project.
This project can be published everywhere for non-commercial use, e.g.

  • Private project
  • Kindergarten project
  • School project
  • University project
  • Background music in public rooms

Price: 9 – 19 Euro/Track (Exempted from VAT under §19 UStG)
The price depends on the duration and scale of the track.

You receive the track to download in MP3 or WAV file includes license certificate. This license allows you to publish your project in any media form. The license-certificate will be made manually for each user and it takes up to 3 Days.
If you are in a hurry, you can also use my work and file an application for PRO with my name as composer. Then you receive an invoice from the PRO of no charge.

FAQ

Q: Why are the prices of each track so expencive? MP3-Downloads cost normaly under one Euro…

A: Because the prices are with license of right of use. The price about 1 Euro on the major shops don’t includes the license of copyright. If you use the music from the common music download shops in your event or production, you must pay each time to the certain collecting societiy. And they cost much more than the price on my site.
To listen my music for yourself, you can use my subscription system.

Q: Why do you require money for each use instead of to share? I like your music, but it’s not Okay…

A: Because I’m a professional musician and I earn a living with music.

YouTube has a nice system at first sight – you can watch for free and the creator receive a bit money. But their system is very instable and they reduce the price for monetization constantly. And in our niche sector, we earn almost nothing at YouTube…

Spotify, AppleMusic etc. are very common now, but the artist receive incerdible few money – for each listening, the artist gets between 0.01 to 0.1 Cent… This means, to earn 100 Euro, you need at leart 100,000 lesteners… For musician in niche genre, all these systems are nonsense.

Many artists use also crowdfunding. But I prefer to give something from my work for the money I get, instead to beg for donation (I’m very sorry for the artist who use crownfunding!)…

Now I offer two innovative systems – self-management of subscription-site and music license. The both systems are fair systems –
The monthly price of the subscription-site is very low, but you can listen whole my releases which increase constantly. And I have a stable income.
The license fees are much lower than the prices of PROs. So the user can save their money and I get the fees directly from the user without having to share with the PROs.

The both systems are indeed very new and may be a bit strange to you – But they are the fair systems and they maybe grow from now.
I would be grateful if you support me through these systems!
